R&D management consists of two main parts. The first part
is developing the existing technology in case of need for an actual product, the
second part is developing the production technology in the need for increasing
the competition capability.
Demands, coming from either cases are firstly considered as material
specifications and treated as projects and documentary solutions are sought. The
document based theoretical solution then becomes the subject of an applied
research. When the prototype, approached as a result of the practical
investigation matches the required specifications, it means the necessary
technology development process is finished with success.
In result of the mentioned R&D activities, our company managed to supply some
imported products in various industries.
Completed R&D activities are :
Production of pipe cleaning cups, SWABCUPS in petroleum industry.
Production of rubber linings of grinding mills in mining industry.
Production of rubber fenders in marine industry.
R&D activity in progress :
Automation of the production unit of cellular Vulkollan® bump stops in automotive industry.
