Vulkollan® mold springs can be produced at various hardnesses. In mold springs size table, Vulkollan® mold springs that can work under 100 kg to 20 tonnes are shown in accordance to size and hardness. In all groups, V18 - V27 - V30 and 84 ShA - 92 ShA - 96 ShA hardness types are found. Selection from this range can be made regarding to Vulkollan® spring quantity. The ideal selection is low height and more quantity of Vulkollan® spring.

Polyurethane elastomer is a high molecular organic material and formed by the foundation of urethane group types. Many techniques are used in Vulkollan® material production. Wide area of formulation selection according to product specification is possible.

Vulkollan® elastomer property does not diminish even in -40°C. Vulkollan® is also durable to wear, various oil, hydrocarbon and has properties of high spring and vibration.
